Kris Lowe is a Vice Chair with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements across all product types with a focus on multifamily properties. Partnering with Michael Cosby and Andy Scott, the team has successfully originated, structured and closed hundreds of transactions valued at over $60 billion.
Before joining CBRE in 2025, Kris was a Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets. He began his career in commercial real estate finance in 2014 at HFF, where he was a Director before the firm was acquired by JLL in 2019.
