Anna is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Capital Markets within the Debt & Structured Finance team. She works out of the Dallas office, and represents national and regional clients across the country.

Anna’s primary role is originating, marketing, negotiating and closing commercial loans. Anna is a seasoned veteran with CBRE Debt & Structured finance with over 15 years of experience with the team. Anna has been involved in over $10.0 Billion of commercial mortgages on behalf of institutional quality borrowers and lenders, in various primary and secondary markets within 27+ U.S. states. Anna facilitates financing for all asset types - including Multifamily, Industrial, Retail, Office and Hotels and more specialized assets such Build to Rent, SFR, Student Housing, Active Adult, Mixed-Use, and more.

Anna has her Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate & Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut. She remains actively involved with the UConn Real Estate Society and was recognized by the UCONN Real Estate Center as the Alumni of the Year in 2025. She is the past President of the Real Estate Finance Hartford Chapter before relocating from Connecticut to Dallas in 2026.
