Grégoire de la Ferté

As a graduate of the International School of Business Administration, Grégoire built his experience as a real estate consultant starting in 1996.

He led the Transaction and Investment teams at BNP PARIBAS Real Estate from 2006. In 2016, he joined CBRE as the Executive Director of the Office Agency in the Paris Region (the market's leading players) before being appointed General Manager in 2022.

Grégoire is also a member of CBRE's French executive committee.

Current role at CBRE

His role at CBRE is focused on brand development and maintening relationships with key clients. Grégoire strives to optimize the internal organization by promoting synergies and creating differentiation strategies for the company.

He envisions CBRE's future to involve both organic and external growth with a significant digital transformation to better serve its clients.

His philosophy: setting clear goals, an effective communication, and honoring commitments, both professionally and personally.
