Caroline began her career in the real estate department of the logistics' world leader. She quickly became head of Afilog, bringing together private and public players in the logistics' real estate sector.

Then, she moved to CBRE as Deputy Director of Key Logistics Account Consulting. She swiftly emerged as a key figure, bringing cutting-edge expertise to the company. She now heads the Business Advisory Department.

Current role at CBRE

Member of the CBRE France Management Committee since 2023.

As Executive Director of the department dedicated to Business Consulting, Caroline Ceccaldi leads, through her sense of transformation and innovation, a department of 70 people.

She works more particularly with general management for their real estate transformation issues in a context of economic uncertainty, her primary passion.
