In 1990, she began her professional career in commercial real estate by joining the Bourdais Group, within the user and developer advisory division. She held various roles there, including Rental and Investment Consultant, Director of Studies and Expert.

Her career in the group was marked by swift advancement, becoming an expert in valuation, team leader, Deputy General Manager in 2008, and then CEO of CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services since 2016.
