Overview

Rigorous  governance  ensures that  we  serve  our  clients,  shareholders and employees with the utmost integrity.

In France, the "CB Solidaire" charity committee, created in 2006, aims to support charitable actions in which employees are involved and to encourage civic commitment within CBRE. It offers to work with associations supported by employees. It aims to support associations whose action is focused on women, children and education.

Each month, a meeting is organised to welcome new projects and a commitment committee decides on the allocation of financial and/or material aid.

CBRE EMEA has committed to a 3-year partnership (2014-2017) with Plan International to support access to education for children in Sierra Leone. This commitment has been renewed for the 2017-2019 period with a new program that focuses this time on urban safety. In parallel, we continue to support Plan International's actions following the Ebola crisis in West Africa.

Ethics and compliance

We conduct our business by embodying our RISE values every day:
  • RESPECT: We respect each other's views and share information openly to inspire trust and encourage collaboration.
  • INTEGRITY: We value the company and our values more than any individual, transaction or customer.
  • SERVICE: We build long-term relationships by bringing together the best human and financial resources and opportunities to tackle challenges with enthusiasm and diligence.
  • EXCELLENCE: We work tirelessly to create positive results for our clients, employees and shareholders.
These values guide our actions. They are the foundation of our standards of business conduct and our ethics and compliance program and approach at CBRE.
