Adam C. Peterson specializes in Multifamily Investment Sales in CBRE’s Beverly Hills office. Throughout his eleven-year career brokering commercial assets, Adam has formed enduring professional relationships and an ever-expanding network of principals in Southern California and throughout the United States.
Adam has represented individuals, partnerships, private equity, corporations and banks in the purchase and disposition of apartment buildings, raw land, net-leased retail, industrial, development projects, REO/bank-owned properties, short sales, bankruptcies and performing/nonperforming notes. Adam enjoys being key to his clients’ success and finds ultimate fulfillment in maintaining and nurturing these relationships long-term – the majority of his transactions include repeat clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Adam was at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty where he reached Executive, 100% and Platinum Club status and was a consistent top 5 producer in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Adam is also an experienced presenter and panelist with over a decade of perspective on the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. Beyond CBRE, Adam actively supports various nonprofits serving at-risk youth and the underprivileged.
