China World Tower: CBRE is exclusively mandated for the lease of this emblematic office tower under construction in Beijing.
HSBC Tower: CBRE advised HSBC for the sale of its headquarter in London. It represents one of the highest transactions worldwide in 2009 as it was signed at $1.3 Bn.
In 2007 CBRE commited to making the 170 million sq. m of buildings it manages carbon neutral by 2010.
This commitment involves helping clients to introduce energy-saving practices in their buildings. We are the first commercial real estate consultant to initiate such a plan.

The Research department possesses numerous historical real estate indicators since 1975 – rents, supply, take-up and so on – especially for offices in Ile-de-France.
In 2009, the department dealt with 4 new topics via the publication of Focus: Real estate performance, Green buildings, Retail in city-centre and Rates. In 2010, it turned its “focus” on Car parks, Datacenters and other subjects to come.
