I can be consulted by all departments within the group on any topic related to real estate law. I also work directly with clients on legal issues, providing advice during their negotiations. My role is to foresee potential problems and propose alternative solutions so the contracts can go through.
I am lucky enough to work with architects and financial advisors for the consulting service where a multi-disciplinary approach is a valuable complement to the real estate expertise of our consultants.
Finally, I run internal training sessions about the Hoguet law, commercial leases, selling real estate, building sickness, public building regulations and so on.
I learn something new every day, as there is no end to the range of topics to be dealt with. I have to research new problems on a daily basis, and am never bored. My greatest pleasure, however, is learning that I have been able to help consultants when they thank me for a successful intervention.
