When you first arrive at CB Richard Ellis we will give you a sponsor – not your manager, or a team member or a tutor – but someone who you can turn to, who will help you settle in as and when your needs arise.
Sessions to welcome new staff are organised every quarter. We provide an original integration course for frontline staff and valuers that contains 11 training modules in the first year and six in the second year.
In training our staff we invest twice as much as the legal minimum.
Each year we organise a summer university lasting three days, to which all staff are invited to take a choice of the training courses on offer, all in the field of personal development.
Our internal communication policy puts the emphasis on transparency. We keep our staff well informed of what is happening in the company, how it is changing and our results.
We are co-founders of the association “Printemps de la convivialité” and actively support this initiative.
