Marketing

Hunting market-making trends

By keeping in touch with business and property markets, the marketing service introduces new services for CBRE France. It promotes business development by innovating tools and methods to improve productivity. And by monitoring the business world, it can also make strategic recommendations, spontaneously or when commissioned by clients. The marketing service is a pioneering researcher in the firm supporting most of our service lines. The team works closely with the research department, looking into and monitoring any emerging trends.

Your building is unique

The marketing service will examine your building’s unique position in the market, looking at its intrinsic characteristics, location, environment and competing schemes. This preliminary stage in the leasing or selling process leads to more accurate targeting of occupiers so we only approach those who are the most likely to be interested in the acquisition or leasing of an asset. We use a scoring system that helps us objectively identify firms to which the building will be presented because it meets their needs, or the needs they are likely to have. Scoring also means we can anticipate when firms are likely to move, anticipate future demand and even make new buildings available. This pro-active approach is an unrivalled asset because buildings can be put on the market as quickly as possible and firms advised on how best to exploit their real estate.

Our services

Geomarketing, real estate monitoring and data collection
The Marketing service has industrialised real estate intelligence by collating several databases and imagebanks. It developed Imap, a software package inspired from internet technology, regularly used to extract, cross and exploit in real time all information and economic data for its cients.

Strategic real estate plan
Whether our clients are considering sale and leasebacks, optimising leases, improving conditions in the work place, reorganising sites, or introducing an information system to manage assets, the Marketing service works alongside consultants and their clients to help clients define their strategic real estate strategy.

Territorial development policy
The marketing department carries out research and provides support to local authorities for economic development projects.
