Since 1993, Artequation has provided project management services for clients covering aspects such as development design or building surveying for new developments of offices, retail, hotels, housing or warehousing.
Artequation joined our group in July 2006, bringing their expertise in Maîtrise d’ouvrage, i.e. acting as the contracting authority for third parties. The multidisciplinary team provides services from start-to-finish of the development process, whatever the type, size or location of building. It also provides advisory services to stakeholders in developments at each step of the way.
