The User is the only one responsible for his usage of the Site. Under no circumstances shall CBRE be held responsible for non-conforming usage of the Site by a User.
CBRE shall not be held responsible for any dysfunctions of whatever nature relative to the User’s hardware or to his internet access.
CBRE shall not be held responsible for connection outages, whatever the reason, notably in the event of a force majeure, a maintenance operation, an update, a modification of the Site, an intervention by the host, a system crash, a power cut, etc.
The information on the Site is strictly informative; the Users are not bound by CBRE to honour any commitment or obligation. CBRE therefore declines all responsibility for all information, inaccuracies or omissions concerning the information available on the Site.
Moreover, this information must be taken into consideration when it is put online and not during the consultation of the Site by the User.
The Site can contain hypertext links that send the User to third-party internet sites. CBRE shall not be held responsible in the event that the contents of the said internet sites contravene the provisions and/ or regulations in force.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The whole Site, particularly the images, texts, brands (denominative or logographic), the iconographic and photographic representations, the sound tracks and the downloadable documents on the Site are the exclusive property of CBRE or a third party. They are protected by French and international legislation concerning royalties and intellectual property. The reproduction or representation of all or part of this Site, whatever the format, is therefore formally forbidden and constitutes punishable forgery according to articles L 335-2 and after of the “Code de la propriété Intellectuelle” (Intellectual Property Code).
The denominative and logographic brands CBRE or CB Richard Ellis that appear on the Site are registered trademarks. All total or partial reproduction or representation of these brands, alone or integrated into other elements, without express and prior consent from CBRE, is forbidden and the User will be held responsible in accordance with articles L 713-2 and L 713-3 of the Code de la Propriété intellectuelle (Intellectual Property Code)..
In the event that the User wishes to use some of the contents of the Site (text, image, etc), he promises to request prior and written consent from CBRE.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As part of the usage of the Site, the User might have to communicate personal data to CBRE that is likely to be subject to data processing. This data consists in gathering the surnames, names and email address etc, and the only aim of it being processed is to reply to the requests sent by email.

COOKIES
The User is informed that during the visits to the Site, a cookie can be installed automatically on a web browser.
