Environmental responsibility

We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. We work actively to make real estate greener.

We engage our clients to reduce greenhouse gas emissions thereby helping to slow down global warming by applying HQE (high environmental quality) standards in buildings.


On a corporate level, CBRE has an Environment Stewardship policy that notably includes becoming carbon neutral by 2010.
