Toulouse


The property market reached a new high in Toulouse in 2006, when 171,600 sq. m of offices were let or sold, a 50% increase on 2005. Tertiary-sector supply is due to be replenished in 2008 with new offices all over the conurbation : the Aeronautics Park (Andromède ZAC, or mixed development zone, Airport Zone, Saint Martin du Touch and Les Ramassiers ZACs), and the Business Districts of Bordelongue, Labège Innopole, Gramont-Balma ZAC, etc. In addition to competitive clusters in Aeronautics-Space and On-Board Systems, new jobs will be created in competitive clusters that have been formed in Cancer-Biology-Health and AgriMip.
