CB Richard Ellis opened its first office in Paris in 1969.

Our headquarters is situated in the centre of the Paris business district, close to well established and emerging sites. We have three offices in the inner suburbs – Saint Denis, Montreuil and Montrouge – which act as relays for the marketing of office, industrial and logistic space and provide advisory services to occupiers.

We also have two specialist offices:

• Near our Headquarters, rue Guersant, Artequation provides project management services and CB Richard Ellis WorkSpace provides interior design services.
• In Bagnolet, our subsidiary CB Richard Ellis Property Management specialises in real estate management.

A residential branch: in Neuilly-sur-Seine we have an office selling and renting apartments and private houses.
