"Our office clients are developing new needs. They are looking for user-friendly properties accurately reflecting who they are and offering comfortable, eco-friendly work space. And while they accept that there are costs associated, they are determined to keep them under control.
To best meet their needs, my guiding principle in every project is to do everything possible to serve the client. This of course goes for every one of my 160 colleagues. Part of my job is to regularly analyse and refine our sales tools, consulting approaches and management training.
Our profession is comparable to a high-level sports competition in that we share aspirations of quality and top performance. Motivation is also key, it is what drives us to seek out a new challenge just as soon as a previous one is overcome.”
